Product introduction of loss-in-weight scale: loss-in-weight scale is also called loss-in-weight feeder, loss-in-weight feeder, and weight-loss batching scale.
Loss-in-weight feeders consist of hoppers, feeders (single and dual-axis screw feeders), weighing systems and regulators. In operation, the hoppers, materials and feeders work together to weigh continuously. As the material is delivered, the actual weight loss rate is measured and compared to the desired weight loss rate (setpoint). Deviations from the set point are automatically corrected by adjusting the feeder rate. Thereby, the material can be fed continuously and uniformly and accurately.
Applicable range: granules, powder, calcium carbonate, talc, resin film powder, flour, starch, etc.
Powder scale: solve the problem of feeding and metering with poor fluidity;
Pellet scale: solves any possible bridging problems.
