    I. Purpose

    The Shuntai ST-AU1000 fully automatic granule unpacking machine is specifically designed to handle the unpacking of small packages following palletised packaging. Through its highly efficient automated operating system, this machine enables rapid unpacking of packages, thereby enhancing production efficiency, reducing manual labour intensity and ensuring operational safety. It is widely used in industries such as plastics manufacturing, chemicals and new materials. The unpacking machine comprises a complete system covering de-stacking, unpacking, raw material temporary storage, waste bag stacking and pallet conveying and stacking; it is designed for a throughput of ≥15 tonnes per hour, with a residual rate of ≤0.05 per cent.

    II. Operatio

    This de-bagging machine is simple to operate; the de-bagging process is completed automatically at the touch of a button. Users need only place the plastic pellets to be de-bagged in the designated position, and the machine will automatically recognise them and complete the de-bagging operation. The entire process requires no manual intervention, significantly reducing operational complexity and labour intensity. Operational safety has been fully taken into account during the design process, eliminating potential safety hazards arising from personnel entering the work area or operating the machine incorrectly.
