The centralised material supply system significantly reduces raw material wastage and dust pollution in injection moulding production. Equipped with a dedicated centralised dust extraction system, it ensures a clean workshop environment whilst minimising environmental impact and noise levels. The system is equipped with a microcomputer-based centralised automatic control system, supporting 24-hour uninterrupted granule conveyance. Each injection moulding machine features independent colour control, ensuring precise metering and uniform mixing. It allows for flexible switching between colour formulations and feed rates, making it suitable for the production of a wide range of product types and colours.

The central feeding system can reduce the pollution of raw materials and dust to the injection molding production to the lowest level, so as to maintain a clean production workshop. The central feeding system has a unique centralized dust recovery system, which makes cleaning more convenient and has an environmental protection effect. The 10,000-class clean room requires standards for operation and reduces noise. Finally, unmanned automated production workshops can be realized, and the image of modern factory management can be established. The installation process of the central feeding system:

 

1. The size of the accurate placement of the machine.

 

2. Pipeline drainage method.

  

3. Material room and system control placement plan.

  

4. Observe the wall structure of the factory building and determine the weight of the pipeline.

  

5. Pay attention to the crown block, ceiling and pillar when installing the support.

  

6. The central feeding pipe is used to minimize the bends.

  

7. The pipeline can be controlled to be about 3 meters high when conditions permit, which is convenient for installation and subsequent maintenance.

  

8. When connecting steel pipes, ensure that the pipe clamps are in the center butt.

  

9. Air leakage in the pipeline is strictly prohibited.

  

10. The length of the connection between the unloading section of the pipeline and the central feeding cup is about 3-4 meters.

  

11. When installing the pipeline, pay attention to the alignment of the injection molding machine, and the non-alignment will affect the appearance.

  

The central feeding system adopts microcomputer centralized automatic control, which realizes the continuous feeding operation of pellets for 24 hours. Multiple small microcomputers respectively control the coloring process of each molding machine, the measurement is accurate, the mixing is uniform, and the color can be flexibly changed to meet the requirements of multiple colors and varieties of products. According to the production capacity of different molding machines, the feeding amount can be flexibly changed.
